Dr. Calvin was born in Stettler, AB and raised in Leduc, AB and Abbotsford B.C. His passion for chiropractic began at a young age, having been a chiropractic patient since he was 6 weeks old. As a teenager he played competitive hockey and rugby and the chiropractic treatments he received over those years helped him to recover from injuries faster and gave him a competitive edge during competition. Although he enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and conditions, working with high school athletes is Dr. Calvin’s passion. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, playing hockey, hiking and riding horses with his wife.

After graduating from high school in Abbotsford, B.C. he spent 3 years studying at the University of Alberta, majoring in developmental biology and physiology. His passion for chiropractic then led him to the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon where he earned his Bachelors of Science, Masters in Exercise and Sports Science, and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees.

Dr. Calvin believes in using a variety of techniques with his treatments such as diversified adjusting, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, pin and stretch, taping, and rehabilitation exercises. He is determined to continue expanding his knowledge base and technique through seminars and workshops in order to provide the best quality of care for his patients.
