Kimberly Harder was born and raised on a farm by Crestomere, Alberta (Ponoka County.) She was involved in many sports while in high school including competitive swimming and volleyball, She enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with family. She currently lives in Red Deer with her Husband and two Kids.

 

Kimberly has always had a deep rooted passion for biology and helping others. It wasn’t until discovering massage therapy through her own injury recovery that she truly found her niche. Immediately after graduating high school, Kimberly attended the Alberta Institute of Massage, graduating in 2019 as an honours student with her 2200hr diploma.

  • Therapeutic Deep tissue

  • Level 1 and 2 sports massage

  • IASTM - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (otherwise known as Graston)
